Due to an update in management and business structure, Turbervilles Estate Agents were rebranding their company to Andrews Residential. With that, a new logo and brand identity was needed. Initially the idea was to rebrand to Andrews Turbervilles, however, a little later it was decided to be Andrews Residential. You will see below early rebranding concepts of both. The Turbervilles ideas were using the ‘fan’ device from the old brand to build on heritage, but once we lost the name, we felt that the legacy could be dropped also.
Once the logo was decided on, it was rolled out on to all assets an estate agency would need. From for sale boards to business cards, corporate folders to print adverts.
