In order to boost customer retention, and to reward loyal clients who keep coming back, BOB Salons wanted to create a scheme whereby it’s visitor could earn loyalty points. To begin with on the project the scheme – called Hairmiles – needed an identity. I created some concepts, which I have included below as I love them, but we settled on a variant of the BOB logo. Once we had the identity completed, the membership card and an introduction leaflet were needed to give out in the salon and to create interest.
